1. All users must thoroughly review and comply with the adoption rules as outlined on our website. This includes understanding the costs associated with adopting animals, such as vaccinations, desexing, and microchipping.
2. Animals must be rehomed for free, no money should be asked from the rehomer.
3. Responsibility in Animal Rehoming: When rehoming an animal, you must ensure that all necessary information about the animal's health, vaccinations, desexing, and microchipping status is disclosed to potential adopters, you must also disclose everything about the dog’s behaviour and temperament so the animal is suited to the best home.
4. The rehomer is responsible for vetting potential adopters to ensure the animal's welfare, and the adopter is responsible for the desexing, Microchipping, registrations, vaccinations if this is not being done so already.
5. Financial Obligations: The person adopting the animal is responsible for covering the costs associated with vaccinations, desexing, and microchipping if this has not already been done already. The rehomer must ensure that the adopter is aware of these financial responsibilities upfront.
6. Prioritising Animal Welfare: The welfare of the animal must always be prioritised in any rehoming or adoption process. All decisions should aim to provide a safe and caring environment for the animal.
7. Information for Rehoming: When listing a dog for rehoming, include the following information: Is the dog desexed, registered, and microchipped? Have vaccinations been administered? Is the dog good with other animals (dogs, cats, etc.) and children? Reasons for rehoming (clearly stating the reason for rehoming to provide transparency to potential adopters). What kind of home environment would best suit the dog? Location of the rehomer. Age, breed, and temperament of the dog.

9. By using our services for rehoming or adopting an animal, you agree to adhere to these rules and guidelines. The service provider is not responsible for any issues that may arise during the process between rehoming and adopting an animal. It is imperative that all steps and regulations are taken seriously and followed accordingly These rules ensure clarity and responsibility in the adoption and rehoming processes, promoting the welfare of animals and the integrity of our services.
